trampoline::defer

Request the executor to invoke the given function object.

If there is a trampoline with this executor's identity installed on the current thread, and it has sufficient capacity, the function object is queued on it. Otherwise the function object is submitted to the target executor's defer function.

Parameters

f: The function object to be called.
a: An allocator that may be used by the executor.
