Set the allowed cancellation types, default is terminal.

Description

This replaces the cancellation state: the recorded types are discarded, and anything connected to the slot returned by get_cancellation_slot is disconnected. It must not be called while an intermediate operation is outstanding, and the recorded types should be checked before calling it.
