Set or clear the chunked Transfer-Encoding.

Description

When setting, the values of every Transfer-Encoding field are combined into one comma separated list, any "chunked" tokens are removed, and "chunked" is appended as the final encoding.

When clearing, if the last Transfer-Encoding field ends in the "chunked" token, the values of every Transfer-Encoding field are combined into one comma separated list and any "chunked" tokens are removed; if no tokens remain, the fields are erased. Otherwise, the message is unchanged.

The Content-Length field is erased unconditionally.
