Constructs a bitset of size zero.

Throws

Nothing, unless the default constructor of buffer_type throws (that of std::vector, the buffer used when AllocatorOrContainer is an allocator, throws only if the default constructor of the allocator does). This constructor is noexcept if that constructor of buffer_type is.

This function is potentially-throwing unless std::is_nothrow_default_constructible<buffer_type>::value.

Postconditions

  • this‐>size() == 0.
