Support for std::hash.

Description

You can exclude this support by defining the macro BOOST_DYNAMIC_BITSET_NO_STD_HASH. If you do so, define it in all the translation units of your program. Otherwise, if you provide your own specialization, the program might contain both yours and the library's, violating the One Definition Rule.
